Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Season 2 Begins Tomorrow, Here's What It Adds

Season 2 of Modern Warfare is about to begin with new maps and more.

Another new Call of Duty game is on the way later this year, but in the meantime, a new season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is about to kick off very soon. Season 2 of Activision's hit shooter begins on PS4, Xbox One, and PC tomorrow, February 11, and it'll bring a new Battle Pass, free maps, modes, and lots of other content over the next few weeks.
First, two new multiplayer maps will be available for all players right from launch day: Rust and Atlas Superstore. The former is a classic battleground originally featured in Modern Warfare 2, while the latter is an entirely new map set in a warehouse. A third new multiplayer map, Khandor Hideout, will also arrive during the season.

On top of that, Season 2 will launch with a new map for both Ground War (Zhokov Boneyard) and Gunfight (Bazaar). Two new multiplayer modes will also be available from the start of the season, including Gunfight Tournaments--a limited-time 2v2 single elimination competition for 32 teams.

Rounding out the launch day content is Ghost, who is being added to Modern Warfare as a playable Operator. Two new free weapons will also be available from the start of the season: the Grau 5.56 and Striker 45.
Developer Infinity Ward will be rolling out even more content during the course of Season 2, including another handful of new modes such as Demolition, Infected Ground War, and NVG Reinforce. This season will also add another two Operators to the mix--Talon and Mace--as well as a new, as-yet-unrevealed weapon. You can read more about Season 2 on Activision's official website.
As previously mentioned, Season 2 of Modern Warfare will launch alongside a new Battle Pass, which will be split into free and paid tiers. Any near gear that affects the game's balance--such as the aforementioned Grau 5.56 and Striker 45--will be unlockable through the free tier, while the latter will offer cosmetics, weapon blueprints, XP tokens, and other benefits. Activision is also offering a Battle Pass Bundle, which can be purchased anytime during the season and will grant you 20 Tier skips.

Yakuza 5 Has One Of The Best Opening Chapters; Remaster Is Out Now On PS4

Kiryu didn't choose the yakuza life, the yakuza life chose him. A couple years ago, I got drawn into Kazuma Kiryu's world, the world of Yakuza games, being completely enamored by charismatic characters and the allure of rowdy city streets. The series' pitch-perfect blend of gripping melodrama and absurdist humor is as consistent as kindhearted tough-guy Kazuma Kiryu getting suckered into his former gang's illicit business. With Yakuza 5 Remastered out now, alongside the whole Yakuza Remastered Collection, the entire saga is now playable on PlayStation 4. Each entry was memorable in its own right, but Yakuza 5's opening chapter is the one that will forever be burnt into my memory. On a calm winter night in Fukuoka, about 700 miles from his home turf of Kamurocho in Tokyo, Kiryu's chaotic life is shown to have seemingly settled down again. He's a cab driver assuming a new identity under a different name, appearing to have put decades of his life ...

Yakuza 5 Review

The huge Yakuza 5 arrives remastered and closes the trilogy The Yakuza Remastered Collection on PS4, a console that already has all the main saga.      With Yakuza 5 Remastered , Sega brings the entire main series to PlayStation 4, from the prequel Yakuza 0 to the airs of change that Yakuza brings : Like a Dragon , which we will talk more about this year. Fans, new or veteran, can relive the adventures of Kazuma Kiryu with remakes, remasters and native deliveries of PS4, and Yakuza 5 closes The Yakuza Remastered Collection , the physical edition with the Yakuza of PS3 - Yakuza 3, 4 and 5 - . We only miss the spin-offs , but few apologies remain to discover this saga of brawler action and touches of role. Yakuza 5 arrived in the final stretch of PlayStation 3, in Japan in 2012. Yakuza had not reaped the popularity it has today, still moderate but enough for Sega to trust his success even in the West. Its original launch was delayed for years, even doub...

Pokemon Home Is Now Available On Nintendo Switch, iOS, And Android

Pokemon Home is now available to download on Nintendo Switch. The cloud-based subscription service, which allows you to transfer Pokemon from previous games into Pokemon Sword and Shield among other features, was previously announced for a February 2020 release window, but the specific date was not confirmed. Like Pokemon Bank, Pokemon Home allows you to store Pokemon you've caught across various games. There are two versions of Pokemon Home: the Nintendo Switch app and the mobile app. The mobile version has distinct features, including trading, and is a companion app to the Switch one rather than an alternative. The Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS versions are all now available to download. There are also two pricing plans for Pokemon Home overall. The free version includes most of the service's features but in a limited capacity, while the paid version gives you perks like added storage. One month of Pokemon Home Premium costs $3, three months is $5, and 12 months i...
